    I want to lodge a complaint about an electric Nevadent which I bought a month ago from lidl(Penlan branch, Swansea) The toothbrush only worked for a month and broke down, I can not replace it because I do not have the receipt. what can I do

    I'm on my second one after the first one didn't keep it's charge after a month. The second one is starting to switch off during use 6 months now. The 3 year warranty is good but I just want it to work.
