    Does not work. I tried to located a stud behind wood paneling and it would randomly sound off at different spots sometimes there was a stud and sometimes not. I then tried to located wiring with it and had the same outcome. Shame on me for thinking a $9 gadget would work. I guess I will take it back to Aldi's.
