    The reservoir lid interferes when pouring water into the reservoir. The reservoir opening is small

    The coffee pot reservoir has a small opening, and the reservoir lid gets in the way when pouring water into it. I prefer the cone filter over the round filter, because, in my opinion, it requires less coffee.
